State Bound Jasper Cross Country team
The Jasper Cross Country Booster Club held a surprise party for the state bound Jasper Cross Country team. The Jasper runners are heading to the state finals as a team for the first time since 1952. Here members of the 52 team join this years Cross Country team in the pre race circle. Jasper will run at the Laverne Gibson Course this Saturday afternoon for the state championship

The Jasper Girls Soccer team bowed out of the Regional tournament losing to Northview 2-1. Kara Kruger had Jaspers only goal. The Jasper Boys also ended their season Saturday losing at Seymour 3-0 to Southport. Thanks to the Jasper Boys and Girls Soccer Booster Clubs and all associated with them for allowing WITZ to broadcast over 20 contests this year
