Jasper - Despite a fourth-quarter push, the Jasper Wildcat Ladies Basketball team fell, 53-44, to Jeffersonville on Tuesday.

Dubois - In Tuesday's Blue Chip Conference matchup, the Northeast Dubois Lady Jeeps fell to South Knox, 62-23.

Tell City - A marathon of a girls' basketball season opener went the way of the Forest Park Lady Rangers, 70-63 winner in double overtime at Tell City.

Dubois - In the 2025 home opener, the Northeast Dubois Lady Jeeps defeated the Paoli Rams, 31-20, in a defensive battle.

Shoals - In the 2025 girls' basketball opener, the Northeast Dubois Jeeps defeated the Shoals Jug Rox, 52-20.

Jasper - In Friday's Sectional Championship, the #3 Heritage Hills Patriots put an end to the #9 Jasper Wildcats' season, 38-8, in the sectional championship game.

Jasper - In Friday's Sectional Semifinal, the Jasper Wildcats punched their ticket to the championship with a 35-7 win over Evansville Harrison.

Jasper - In Saturday's Semi-State semifinal, Jasper Volleyball saw their postseason come to a close with a loss to Tri-West, 3-1.

French Lick - In Friday's 1A Sectional Football opener, the Forest Park Rangers saw their season come to an end, 46-0, at the hands of the #1 Springs Valley Blackhawks.

Boonville - Jasper Football earned a hard-fought sectional win at Boonville, 14-0, in the playoff opener.

Bloomington - In comeback fashion, Jasper Wildcats Volleyball rallied to upend Greensburg, 3-2, in Saturday's Regional Championship.

Princeton - With a 3-1 victory over Vincennes Lincoln, Jasper Volleyball claimed its second straight sectional title on Saturday.

Princeton - In Saturday's sectional semifinal, Jasper claimed a Dubois County Rivalry win over Southridge, 3-0.

Ferdinand - In Thursday's Regional Semifinal, Forest Park's season closed in a penalty kick battle with Evansville Christian.

Loogootee - After an ATV accident stole his sophomore and junior seasons, and nearly his ability to walk, Loogootee Senior Landon Mathies has rejoined the Lions on the diamond in 2025.

Local Sources - In an early-April banquet, all four Dubois County high schools were recognized for their hospitality by the Southwestern Indiana Officials Association, in turn awarding scholarships to area athletes.

Jasper - Due at the diamond in April, four teams will compete at Alvin C. Ruxer field in a single-day event.

Lincoln City, Ind. - The high school football season has come and gone, but the work isn't close to finished for Heritage Hills standouts Jett Goldsberry and Tyler Ruxer.
