The Huntingburg Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Raymond Underwood, an 82 year old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 185 pounds, gray hair with brown eyes, last seen wearing a red and tan striped shirt and tan pants and driving a white Chevrolet S10 Truck with an Indiana license plate of TK813MID.
The issue stems from an automated process that assigns vaccination records to counties in the state’s immunization registry based on ZIP codes, not full addresses. Approximately 3 percent of all COVID-19 vaccination records were assigned to the wrong county because the individual lived in a ZIP code that crossed county lines.
In this week's update from the Indiana Department of Health's Online COVID-19 Tracker, the database shows four counties under an "Orange Advisory"; over half of the counties in the state are under a "Yellow Advisory".
