Acceptable acts can be of any size up to 10 members. All performers must be 16 years of age or older (parental consent must be included in this form if any member of a group is under the age of 18).
Backtracks must be provided at time of form submission by MP3 file. WITZ reserves the right to approve all MP3 backtracks.
Examples of acceptable instruments: guitar, bass, violin, wind instruments, drumline-style or handheld percussion, etc. WITZ reserves the right to approve all instruments.
Examples of unacceptable instruments: full drum kits, pianos, xylophones, anything large or not easily portable. WITZ reserves the right to approve all instruments.
Acts may perform original songs or covers. All music must be approved by WITZ prior to the competition. You may submit up to two songs, but will perform only one. Please list your preferred song as Song #1. An alternative may be listed as Song #2. Should multiple acts wish to perform the same song, preference will go to whoever submits this form first.
The entry deadline is Friday, July 24th, OR per the entry of the first 10 acts. After the 10th act is confirmed, this form will be deactivated.

Cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place winners. Winners will also be awarded one time slot to perform live on 104.7 FM.
After submission of this form, you will receive a phone call or an email to confirm your place in the Strassenfest Superstar. Please include an active phone number and email in your information.
Failure to adhere to the set rules & regulations will lead to automatic disqualification.
