Suzan J. Alles, age 62 of Huntingburg, IN, passed away at 11:08 a.m. on Thursday, December 20, 2018 at the Timbers of Jasper.
Suzan was born in Jasper, Indiana on August 1, 1956 to Leo J. and Mary Ann (Kunz) Mehringer. She married John J. Alles on June 19, 1977 in St. Joseph Catholic Church.
Suzan was a graduate of the Dubois High School class of 1974 and worked on a dairy farm for most of her life.
She enjoyed spending time on the farm and in her garden.
Surviving is her husband, John Alles of Huntingburg, one son, Josh Alles (Liz), Evansville, one grandson, Carter Alles, two sisters, Marcia Stetter (Bill), Dubois, Lea Ann Vonderheide (Donnie), Dubois, three brothers, Allan Mehringer (Sharon), Jasper, Larry Mehringer (Tammy), Dubois, and Tim Mehringer, Dubois.
Preceding her in death were her parents.
A Mass of Christian Burial for Suzan J. Alles will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 22, 2018, at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Jasper, with burial to follow at a later date in Mayo Cemetery in Duff.
A visitation will be held from 9:00 a.m. until the 11:00 a.m. service time at the church on Saturday.
Memorial contributions may be to Dubois County Humane Society or to a favorite charity.
