Roger D. Emmons, 60, of French Lick

Roger D. Emmons, 60, of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on June 9 th , 2026 at IU Health Bloomington. 

He was born in Paoli, Indiana on January 9 th , 1966 to Rex and Martha (Zehr) Emmons. Roger married Connie Fish on December 29 th , 1988 and she survives. 

He was preceded in death by his 
Brother – Michael Emmons. 

Roger was a 1984 graduate of Springs Valley High School and proudly served his country in the National Guard and United States Army. He was a member of the French Lick American Legion Post 76 and had served as Vice Commander. He had been a truck driver and owned and operated a junk yard. 

He enjoyed riding motorcycles, was a collector of many things, but especially loved spending time with his family and grandchildren. 

Roger is survived by: 
Wife – Connie Emmons 
Sons – Duane Emmons (Abby) Noah Manship (Shelby) 
Daughter – Roganna Emmons 
Brothers – Brian Emmons Danny Emmons Gerald Emmons 
Sister – Deborah Nelson (Dave) Grandchildren -Faith, Jesse, Andrew, Nate, Brinley, Eliza, Randy, and Bexlee. 

FUNERAL CEREMONY 
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Pastor John Moffatt on Friday, July 17 th , 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at Brosmer- Kemple Funeral Home with burial to follow at Ames Chapel Cemetery. 

VISITATION 
Visitation for family and friends will be from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Roger’s memory may be made to Ames Chapel Cemetery, c/o Connie Kerby, 2225 N. County Road 575 W, West Baden Springs, IN 47469. Arrangements are in the care of Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home in French Lick, Indiana 47432.
