Rena Lee Conrad, 87 of Dubois

Rena Lee Conrad, 87 of Dubois, Indiana passed away on June 15 th , 2026 at Serenity Spring Northwood in Jasper, Indiana. 

She was born in Cuzco, Indiana on October 31 st , 1938 to John Leo and Frances (Cooper) Shepard. Rena married Allen Conrad on February 18 th , 1955 and he preceded her in death on November 18 th , 2015. 

She was also preceded in death by her Parents; Brother – Eugene and Infant Brother – Lora J. Shepard. 

Rena enjoyed crocheting, loved to garden and work in the yard with her flowers, and loved to bake and sweets. 

She is survived by: 
Son – Kevin Conrad (Sheila) 
Daughter – Kathy Plimpton (Stephen) 
Brother – Charles Edward Shepard (Andrea) 
Sister – Ruth McCart (John) 
Grandchildren – Esha Roth, Michael Conrad, Heather Fonseca and Ethan Plimpton 
(5) Great-Grandchildren 
 
FUNERAL CEREMONY 
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Stephen Plimpton II on Saturday, June 20 th , 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Brosmer- Kemple Funeral Home with burial to follow in Crystal Community Cemetery. 
 
VISITATION 
Visitation for friends and family will be on Saturday, June 20 th , 2026 from 11:00 a.m. until the time of service at the funeral home.
