John E. Forman, age 68, of Shoals

He has worked for various employers over the years but most recently he worked at the French Lick Springs Hotel. Before that he worked at the West Baden Springs Hotel for eight years. He was a very kind hearted person and always willing to help others in need. Throughout his lifetime he was a caregiver for various members of his family but primarily for his older sister Gerry Ann Kalb. 

He deeply valued his Catholic faith. He enjoyed riding bikes, going on picnics, being outdoors in nature, collectables, playing games, learning about his family’s genealogy, and watching television. He enjoyed spending time with his family, especially his older sister Gerry Ann and their dog Frisbee.
