Deangela Dawn Forbes, 45, of Loogootee
Deangela Dawn Forbes, 45, of Loogootee, Indiana, went home to be with the Lord on
August 2, 2026, at Daviess County Community Hospital in Washington, Indiana.
Born on August 19, 1980, she was the beloved daughter of Jim & Sandy Isaacs.
She was a graduate of Loogootee High School, the class of 1999.
Deangela was
adamant on spending all the time she could with her “sonshine” Tristain, as well as her
three nephews, parents, sister, brother-in-law, and her significant other. She really
looked forward to family get-togethers. Deangela fought a hard battle of life-long health
conditions, but she is now at peace and no longer in physical pain.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents: Donald & Juanita Isaacs and Wilson &
Irene (Dean) Seals.
Deangela will be deeply missed by her surviving family, friends, and all who knew her.
She is survived by her parents; son, Tristian J. Forbes; sister, Jennifer (James) Like;
nephews: Hayden McClure, Logan McClure, and Kellin Like; companion of 5 years,
Devan Sprecher; along with several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 5, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. at Blake
Funeral Home in Loogootee, Indiana, with Pastor Ernie Canell to officiate. Burial will
follow in Mt. Union Cemetery in Loogootee. Visitation will be held the same day from
10:00 to 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions maybe be made to the funeral home for burial
expenses.
