Bennie Lee “Benji” Beyers II, 53 of French Lick

Bennie Lee “Benji” Beyers II, 53 of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on August 22 nd , 2026 at his residence.

He was born in Salem, Indiana on October 6 th , 1972 to Bennie Lee and Linda (Land) Beyers. Benji was preceded in death by his Father; Son – Zachary Nathaniel Beyers; Brother – Rusty Beyers and Sister – Shelley Opson.

He was a 1992 graduate of Springs Valley High School, worked for Pluto Corporation and was a member of Red Quarry Christian Church. Benji enjoyed woodworking, painting, cooking, playing pool and he loved watching movies, going mushroom hunting, helping others and taking care of the ones he loved.

He is survived by:

Mother – Linda Beyers of Paoli, Indiana

Son – Tyler Wade Beyers of Indianapolis, Indiana

Brother-in-Law – Paul Opson of Paoli,

Indiana Sister-in-Law – Tammy Beyers of French Lick, Indiana

FUNERAL CEREMONY

A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Bro. Darrel Land on Friday, August 28 th , 2026 at 1:00 p.m. at Red Quarry Christian Church with burial to follow at Mount Lebanon Cemetery.

VISITATION

Visitation for friends and family will be Friday, August 28 th , 2026 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service at the church. Arrangements are in the care of Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home in French Lick, Indiana.
