Woman Found Deceased in Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife Area

Indiana State Police, Indiana Department of Natural Resources, and Warrick County Sheriff’s Office are currently investigating a suspicious death of an unknown woman found near a boat ramp in the Bluegrass Fish and Wildlife area on New Harmony Road near Klippel Road. A person fishing in the area located the woman at approximately 1:23 p.m. this afternoon.  Foul play is suspected.

Physical Description:

• White female
• Age: Late teens to early 30’s
• Dark hair
• Approximately 5’ tall
• Approximately 130 lbs.

An autopsy will be conducted tomorrow morning.
