The Timbers of Jasper Ribbon Cutting

On Thursday afternoon The Timbers of Jasper held a ribbon cutting and tour of the newly reopened Senior Care and Nursing home in Jasper.

The Timbers of Jasper is managed by American Senior Communities (ASC) and is located at 2909 Howard Drive in Jasper. ASC’s Memory Care Neighborhoods aim to provide a safe and enriching environment for those living with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia. Residents and families can expect personalized care plans and a compassionate approach to ensure comfort and well-being.

The Facility was open for many years but were hit hard by Covid-19 and had to close. With the reopening fully happening back on December 4th Beau Kellams the Executive Director stated that there has been a growing need of a health care facility over the last couple of years.

Executive Director Kellams said “a lot of people left their loved one at home longer than they should have during that time for the fear of getting COVID in a home or hospital”. “We want to build that trust into the community that this is a top class home with excellent care and a great staff”.

With a beautiful new facility and a great all around staff the team at Timbers of Jasper are excited to help those in need.

Jasper Mayor Dean Vonderheide was present to do the cutting of the ribbon.
