Tennessee Man Arrested For OVWI
Friday morning, September 18, Trooper Nick Goller was patrolling US 231 in Jasper when he conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for driving left of center and a headlight violation.
Trooper Goller approached the vehicle and made contact with the driver, identified as Shephard Neeley. During the interaction, Trooper Goller observed visible signs of impairment.
Neeley was transported to the Jasper Police Department in Jasper, where a chemical test was administered. Following the investigation, Neeley was arrested and transported to the Dubois County Jail, where he is being held on bond.
