Sister Christian and Summer Nights: Night Ranger Rolls into Lincoln Amphitheatre on Saturday, August 8
The Lincoln Amphitheatre will continue its 2026 Spencer County Community Foundation & Perry County Community Foundation Performance Series on Saturday, August 8, with one of the most iconic rock bands of the past four decades: Night Ranger. The evening will open with original southern rock and outlaw country artists Stackin’ Eights, who will take the Kyana Woodstock Performance Stage at 6:30 p.m., followed by Night Ranger at 7:30 p.m. All times are central.
With a career spanning more than 40 years, Night Ranger has left an indelible mark on the rock landscape with mega‑hits like “Sister Christian”, “Don’t Tell Me You Love Me”, and “You Can Still Rock in America”. Their unmistakable blend of soaring vocals, driving guitars, and stadium‑ready anthems has earned them fans around the world—and now, a stop at one of the Midwest’s most unique outdoor music venues.
“Hosting Night Ranger at the Lincoln Amphitheatre is truly an honor,” said Marc Steczyk, Lincoln Amphitheatre’s director. “This band helped define an era of rock music and welcoming them to southern Indiana for what promises to be an unforgettable summer night is something we’re incredibly proud to bring to our community, the region, and their fans.”
Stackin’ Eights will kick things off with their hard‑edged mix of southern rock, blues, and outlaw country—setting the tone for a powerful evening of live music in the Lincoln Amphitheatre’s historic and beautiful setting inside of Lincoln State Park.
