Schools in Dubois County to Receive School Security Funds

DUBOIS CO. -- The Indiana Secured School Safety Board recently approved more than $14 million in matching grants to enhance school security.  This will allow local school corporations to add resource officers, equipment and conduct threat assessments, according to the Dubois County Free Press.

Greater Jasper Consolidated School Corporation received $41,247.50; Southwest Dubois County School Corporation received $50,000.00; Southeast Dubois County received $27,021.00; and Northeast Dubois County received $35,000.00 in matching grants.
