Road closure planned for State Road 145 in Dubois County
The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a road closure for State Road 145 in Dubois County.
Beginning on or around Thursday, November 12, crews will begin a daily road closure on State Road 145 near Birdseye. This closure will occur between Carlisle Road and Conservation Club Road. This closure will occur between 7 a.m. and 3 p.m. on weekdays.
The closure will allow for two culvert replacement projects. Work is expected to take a week to complete, depending on the weather.
The official detour for this closure is I-64 to State Rod 37 to State Road 64. Local traffic will have access up to the point of closure. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones.
