Public Invited to Tour Patoka Lake Dam; Other Facilities

DUBOIS -- The public is being invited to get a behind-the-scenes tour of the Patoka Lake Dam and tower and the regional water treatment plant.

Thursday, April 26^th, the Patoka Lake Watershed Committee will give tours of the facilities located at the Patoka Lake Corps of Engineers office on North Cuzco Road in Dubois.

Refreshments will be served at 5:30 on the 26th with the tour beginning at 6 p.m. sharp.That’s Eastern Time.

The tour is free but you must pre-register to attend.You can call the Dubois County Soil and Water Conservation District office at 482 – 1171 ext. 3.
