JASPER -- The future of the Jasper Manor Shopping Center may be decided in the next 24-hours or so. The on-line auction is now in progress.
The shopping center housed Kmart and JC Penny before they closed their doors.
The bidding started at $1.2 million. The current bid is now $1.4 million. The auction ends tomorrow.
