Notification of Water Main Break East 34 th Street/Villa Dr/ 36 th Street
The Jasper Municipal Water Department is currently working on a water main break on the
corner of East 34 th Street and Villa Dr. This will affect 26 water customers in this immediate area
including East 34 th Street up to East 36 th Street. The water will be turned off while the repairs
are being made. The anticipated time to restore service will be dependent upon the severity of
the main break, which could take several hours to repair.
Once the water service is restored, a Boil Water Order will be in effect. The Boil Water Order
will last a minimum of 48 hours or until 2 consecutive water samples pass testing. Another
notification will be made once the Boil Water Advisory is lifted.
