JASPER -- Cities and towns across Dubois County are continuing to take steps to protect residents as COVID-19 continues to spread.

City and Town Halls across the county have either closed or greatly limited who can enter those facilities.

Officials in Jasper, Huntingburg and Ferdinand have suspended utility cut-offs for non-payment for the duration of the emergency.  Authorities say water, gas and electric are "essential to protecting human health and life from the dangers of COVID-19."
