Milling and Paving in Country Club Estates

The Jasper Street Department along with contractor Calcar Paving will start asphalt milling (removal) on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, in the Country Club Estates Subdivision (Poplar Lane, Emily Street, 19^th Street, and 20^th Street east of St. Charles St.).  Asphalt paving will start upon completion of the asphalt milling.  This work shall continue this week or until completion of the placement of asphalt surface.  These streets will remain open to local traffic however motorists can expect delays.  This schedule is subject to weather conditions.
