Mid-States Corridor Comments Due July 1, 2026

On June 1, 2026, the Federal Highway Administration announced a 30-day period for the public to send their comments regarding the proposed Mid-States Corridor project for Tier 2, Section 2. This includes the Dubois County portion of the project that is currently being studied.

To submit your comments online go to https://www.regulations.gov/

1. Search for FHWA-2026-0562

2. Click on the Comment button

3. Type your comment

4. Select a comment category

5. Enter your email address

6. Select an identity (individual)

7. Enter your contact information

8. Check the “I an not a robot box”

9. Click on Submit Comment button

In addition to submitting comments online, you can also mail or hand deliver them to the Mid-States Corridor Project Office, Vincennes University Jasper Campus Administration Building, Room 216, 850 College Avenue, Jasper, IN 47546. Comments can also be submitted directly to Erica Tait, Interim Deputy Division Administrator, Federal Highway Administration, Indiana Division at [email protected]. Please remember to include the docket number FHWA-2026-0562 with your comments. All comments must be submitted no later than July 1, 2026.
