Memorial Hospital Offers Free Event in Jasper: “Importance of PSA Testing”

Catching prostate cancer early is a key factor in surviving this disease. The PSA (Prostate-Specific Antigen) is a common test health care providers use to help detect cancer. Join Dr. Niall Harty as he explains this test during “Importance of PSA Testing” on Tuesday, April 16 from 6:00 – 7:15 p.m. in the Medical Arts Building Conference Center in Jasper. A meal will be provided.

Dr. Harty received his medical degree at University of Louisville – School of Medicine in Louisville, Kentucky. He completed his internship in general surgery and residency in urology at Lahey Clinic in Burlington, Massachusetts. Dr. Harty also completed a fellowship in robotic surgery and urologic oncology at City of Hope Medical Center in Duarte, California.
