Local McDonald’s Restaurants Present $15K Donation to Ronald McDonald House Ohio Valley

Local McDonald’s Owner/Operators and restaurant representatives came together Friday to present a check for $15,413.22 to Ronald McDonald House Ohio Valley, representing funds raised during the September 10 Digital Day of Giving fundraiser.

The donation will help provide approximately 77 nights of stay for families with children receiving medical treatment, allowing them to remain close to their loved ones during challenging times.

During Digital Day of Giving, participating locally owned McDonald’s restaurants throughout the Tri-State area donated a portion of their digital sales to Ronald McDonald House Ohio Valley. Customers supported the effort simply by ordering through the McDonald’s app, turning everyday purchases into meaningful support for local families.

Ronald McDonald House Ohio Valley provides a home away from home for families with children receiving medical care, helping ease the financial and emotional burdens of being away from home so families can focus on what matters most: being together.

Local McDonald’s Owner/Operators thank their guests and restaurant teams for making the fundraiser a success and demonstrating the impact communities can make when they come together for a shared cause.
