Local McDonald’s Restaurants Donate More than $6K to Ronald McDonald House of the Ohio Valley Through Shamrock Shake Fundraiser

Local McDonald’s restaurants proudly presented a donation of $6,152.25 to Ronald McDonald House (RMH) of the Ohio Valley as part of the annual Shamrock Shake fundraiser.

Throughout the fundraiser, 25 cents from every Shamrock Shake and OREO® Shamrock McFlurry® sold at participating locations was donated to support RMH’s mission of keeping families close during difficult times. This year’s donation reflects the continued generosity of the community and a shared commitment to giving back.

The check was presented by representatives from locally owned McDonald’s restaurants who participated in the initiative. Together, the organizations are honored to support the charity and the vital services it provides to families with critically ill children.

Local McDonald’s Owner/Operators shared that each shake and McFlurry sold represented more than just a sweet treat, instead it was a meaningful show of support for families facing some of their toughest moments.

Local Owner/Operators including Michael Burrell, Ivan Carvajal & Janet Rodriguez, Chris & Kelsey Hamlet, Chip & Katie Kenworthy, Rick & Susan Mann, Chris McEnaney, Joe & Kathy McEnaney, and Wally & Deb Nowakowski partnered for this fundraiser.

RMH of the Ohio Valley’s mission is to provide essential services that remove barriers, strengthen families, and promote healing when children need healthcare. To learn more about the charity and how you can help, visit www.rmhcohiovalley.org.
