Leadership Changes Announced at the Dubois County Sheriff's Department

DUBOIS COUNTY -- The Dubois County Sheriff’s Department has announced changes within its ranks.

Sheriff-Elect Tom Kleinhelter will take over the helm of the department January 1st.

Sergeant Christ Faulkenberg, an 11-year veteran of the force, will be promoted to Chief Deputy.

Deputy Jesus Monarrez will become a Detective Sergeant.  He’s taking over the sheriff-elect’s old position.

And Tim Lampert has been named the new school resource officer for Northeast Dubois Schools.

All of those promotions take effect when Kleinhelter is sworn in January 1st.
