Lane closure planned for I-64 in Perry County

The Indiana Department of Transportation announces a lane closure for I-64 in Perry County.

Beginning on or around Wednesday, June 17, crews will close the eastbound driving lane of I-64 near St. Croix. This lane closure will occur near the 75-mile marker.

This emergency lane closure will allow crews to repair a developing sink hole under the roadway. Work is expected to last through the end of August, depending on the weather. One lane of traffic will remain open during this project. INDOT reminds drivers to slow down, use extra caution, and avoid distractions when traveling in and near work zones.
