Kimball International Wins Nightingale Award for EverySpace Product

Jasper- Kimball International is proud to announce that its EverySpace product has been honored with a Silver Nightingale Award in the Furniture Collections category at this year’s Healthcare Design Conference + Expo (HCD). Healthcare Design Magazine, in partnership with the Center for Health Design announced the winners during HCD. Products are judged through an online entry process and an on-site evaluation from a qualified judging panel of healthcare interior designers and facilities executives. Solutions were examined in person and the Kimball International team also shared information about EverySpace’s design story and development, as well as a question and answer forum.

The Nightingale Awards, named after Florence Nightingale, recognize contributions to the healthcare built environment through product design and innovation. As the healthcare industry’s leading program to honor products, the winners are selected based on functionality, quality, durability, aesthetics, environmental sustainability, pricing, and innovation.

“Using evidence-based research, EverySpace was designed to add to the overall experience for patients, guests, and staff alike,” said Jessica Gubbins, Senior Director of Marketing for Kimball International. “EverySpace’s flexibility allows it to easily create engaging, comfortable, and purposeful settings that support users at every stage in their healing journey.”

Designed by CSD Studio, EverySpace can be used to create healthcare environments from patient care and waiting areas, to staff spaces and treatment bays. Within the Kimball International booth at HCD, EverySpace was utilized as a space division solution that accommodated signage and storage for the community area and as an infusion bay division with integrated guest seating to support the patient environment. The booth showcased EverySpace's versatility and demonstrated how the product is a flexible, beautiful, and functional solution for healthcare environments.
