JPD: 66-year-old Facing Child Molesting Charges

Jasper- 66-year-old Earl Branham Jr. is facing a number of child molesting related charges.

Jasper Police say through their investigation, which started on October 20th, probable cause was made. Detectives say Branham Jr. had sexual contact with a female under the age of 14.
JPD Detectives interviewed Branham Monday before transporting him to the Dubois County Security Center. 

Charges against Earl Branham Jr.:

• Attempted Child Molestation (Level 4 Felony)
• Child Molestation (Level 4 Felony)
• Neglect of a Dependent (Level 6 Felony)
• Exhibiting an Obscene Performance (Class A Misdemeanor)

**Charges are mere accusations. Defendants are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law, by a jury of their peers.**
