Jasper Woman Accused of Stealing Scratch-Off Tickets at Gas Station Where She Was Assistant Manager

JASPER -- A Jasper woman is accused of violating state gambling laws.
Police say Amy Biddle, an assistant manager at the Circle A in Jasper, allegedly stole lottery tickets, scratch them off, then use the winnings to pay for the purchase of the tickets.
Police say she took around $300 in scratch offs.
She’s charged with theft and a gambling law that prohibits retailers to buy tickets from their place of employment.
