Jasper Teen Accused of Strangling Minor Female, Charged With Felony

JASPER -- A Jasper teen is in jail today accused of strangling a minor female.

Police say 18-year-old Dylan Achbach also battered the girl.

Not many details have been released, but we do know Achbach faces a felony count of strangulation and a misdemeanor domestic battery charge.

He’s lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
