Jasper Arts announces 2026–2027 performance season

Jasper Arts has announced its 2026–2027 performance season at the Jasper Arts Center, featuring a lineup of country, pop, comedy, classical music, Broadway, family entertainment and intimate Backstage Series performances. 

Tickets for the season will go on sale at 10 a.m. Eastern on Wednesday, July 1. Tickets will be available online at jasperarts.org/tickets, by phone at 812-482-3070, and in person at the Thyen-Clark Cultural Center. 

The season opens Saturday, September 26, with country music artist Scotty McCreery, joined by special guest Ashley Kutcher. The schedule continues with Gadan on October 3; Vanessa Carlton on October 30; and Backstage Series performer Tabitha Meeks on November 7. 

Violinist Nemanja Radulović and Double Sens will perform November 20, followed by The Ugly Seasonal Sweater Soiree on December 11. 

Comedian and former “Saturday Night Live” cast member Melissa Villaseñor will take the stage January 23, 2027. The season continues with “Sincerely, Sondheim” on February 6; Sons of Serendip on February 20; and A Moving Sound on March 20. 

Broadway performers Joshua Henry and Caissie Levy will appear together at the Jasper Arts Center on April 10. The season concludes April 30 with “Care Bears Live!,” a family-focused theatrical production featuring the popular Care Bears characters. 

“This season offers an especially broad range of experiences for our audiences,” said Kyle Rupert, executive director of Jasper Arts. “There are opportunities to see familiar artists, discover something entirely new, enjoy an evening of comedy or music with friends, and create memories with family. We are excited to welcome these performers and share another strong season with the community.” 

Jasper Arts will again offer flexible ticket packages, allowing patrons to select three or more performances to create their own season package.
