BEDFORD – Hoosier Hills Credit Union was recently honored by the Credit Union National Association (CUNA) Marketing & Business Development Council with a Diamond Award, which recognizes outstanding marketing and business development achievements in the credit union industry.
The CUNA Marketing & Business Development Council is a national network comprised of over 1,300 credit union marketing and business development professionals. Awards are given in each of 36 categories ranging from advertising to community events and beyond.
Hoosier Hills Credit Union won the Website category for its entry, entitled “We save you money, and we can prove it!” The southern Indiana financial cooperative spent nearly a year researching, reviewing current requirements and planning a complete overhaul of its member-facing website. A key component throughout the process was gaining and implementing feedback from those members. The end result was an engaging, intuitive and responsive interface designed for ease of use across any platform, with a focus on financial education.
