Homeless Man Arrested in Jasper With A Needle

JASPER -- A homeless man was arrested over the weekend on a felony charge after he was spotted walking through people’s yards.

It happened around 8 P.M. Saturday in the area of Newton Street and 28th.

When police caught up with 31-year-old Brian Dillard, they patted him down and allegedly found a hypodermic needle.

That needle, according to officials, had been used to inject meth.

Dillard is charged with Illegal Possession of a Hypodermic Needle… that’s a level 6 felony.
