Holiday stress and seasonal depression: Community discussion focuses on practical coping strategies

To help neighbors navigate the emotional pressures of the season, Ascension St. Vincent Evansville and St. John the Baptist Catholic Church are hosting a community presentation titled "Overcoming Holiday Stress and Seasonal Depressive Disorder." The event will take place from 6:30-7:30 p.m., Wednesday, Nov. 4, at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church in Newburgh.
