Dubois Man Arrested on Felony During Traffic Stop

JASPER -- He ran a red light, now a Dubois man is in jail on a felony charge.

Police stopped 39-year-old Casey Cole near the intersection of Newton and 17^th Streets in Jasper just before midnight.

Officers say he had multiple syringes and paraphernalia.

Cole faces a felony count of Unlawful Possession of a Syringe and Possession of paraphernalia; that’s a misdemeanor.

He’s lodged in the Dubois County Security Center.
