DEVELOPING: 21 New Cases of COVID-19 Reported Wednesday in Dubois County

JASPER -- The Dubois County Health Department reported 21 new cases of COVID-19 as of this morning. 

That brings the county's total to 365 positive cases since the pandemic began.  Of those patients, 260 have recovered; 7 have died, including one death announced yesterday.

When you do the math, it comes out to around 98 active cases in the county as of today.

"The Dubois County Health Department is reminding everyone to continue to; wear a cloth face covering when in public, maintain social distancing, wash your hands frequently, and stay home if you are feeling ill," local health officials said in a statement Wednesday.  "Educate yourself by listening to reliable sources and authorities.  Take care of your friends and neighbors by checking in on them via phone or emails.  Please help stop the spread of this virus!  Mask Up Dubois County!!!"
