Campbellsburg, Kentucky Man Arrested on Sexual Misconduct with a Minor Charges
Indiana State Police troopers arrested a Kentucky man Thursday morning on felony charges related to alleged sexual contact involving a juvenile.
On May 6, 2026, the Indiana State Police opened an investigation after the Indiana Department of Child Services reported possible sexual contact between an adult and a juvenile. Detective Clay Boley of the ISP Sellersburg Post initiated the investigation and conducted several additional interviews. During the investigation, Detective Boley learned the incident was alleged to have occurred in October 2025 in Clark County, Indiana.
As a result of the investigation, and after Detective Boley submitted all information to the Clark County Prosecutor’s Office for review, the Clark Circuit Court issued an arrest warrant for Kyle Bradley Sonner, 22, of Campbellsburg, Kentucky, charging him with two counts of Sexual Misconduct with a Minor, each a Level 4 Felony.
On the morning of May 28, 2026, Detective Boley and Senior Trooper Nick Yeager located Sonner in Clarksville, Indiana, and took him into custody without incident.
Sonner was transported to the Clark County Jail, where he is being held pending his initial court appearance.
