Asphalt milling operations on Tuesday, August 25th continuing through Thursday, August 27th

The Jasper Street Department along with contractor Calcar Paving will start asphalt milling operations on Tuesday, August 25^th continuing through Thursday, August 27^th on the following streets:

• W. 2^nd Street, from Main to Newton
• 4^th Street, from Newton to Anderson
• E. 6^th Street, from Mill to Anderson
• E. 8^th Street, from Fairview to McCrillus
• E. 9^th Street, from Main to Mill
• E. 13^th Street, from Jackson to Greene
• Leopold Street, from 13^th to 14th
• E. 14^th Street, from Vine to Greene
• Franklin Street, from 14^th to 15th
• W. 15^th Street, from Newton to Main
• Main Street, from 15^th to the alley by SVB&T
• W. 14^th Street, from Newton to Park

Please have your vehicles removed from these streets between the hours of 7:00am and 6:00pm.  Watch for “No Parking” signs to indicate which streets will be milled the next day.  Paving operations will follow completion of all asphalt milling.  These streets will not be closed during the milling and paving operation; however, motorists can expect delays.  This schedule is subject to weather conditions.
