STATEWIDE -- WIC nutrition plates are being recalled because of a fire hazard.

The Brush Art plates have a incorrect label of being micro-wave safe, but they contain aluminum.

There have been two reports of the plates catching fire in the microwave. No injures have been reported.

The United State Consumer Product Safety Commission says you should immediately stop using the plates, and return them to a WIC Clinic for free replacements.

The plates have a date code of 7-18. They were given a free promotional item by WIC clinics in Indiana from August 2018 through November 2018.
