A Silver Alert has been declared for Orville Obenchain

A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.

The Valparaiso Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Orville Obenchain, a 84 year old white male, 5 feet 7 inches tall, 158 pounds, bald with brown eyes, last seen wearing a dark navy blue jumpsuit with orange stripes, and driving a white, 2017 Lexus RS3 SUV, (IN) Plate #: GP9000.

Orville is missing from Valparaiso, Indiana which is 150 miles northwest of Indianapolis and was last seen on Sunday, March 31, 2024, at 1:30 pm. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
