46 New Cases of COVID-19 Reported Over the Weekend in Dubois County

JASPER -- The Dubois County Health Department is reporting 47 new positive cases of COVID-19  since last Friday. 

That brings the total to 435 positive cases of COVID-19 in Dubois County residents since the pandemic began.

Of those cases, 270 have recovered; Seven have died.

When you do the math, it comes out to 158 active cases in the county.

 *A person out of isolation and reporting feeling well.

The numbers were worse than expected.  County officials no longer release numbers on days the agency is closed but the state is reporting Dubois County now has a total of 426 cases.  That number was 388 on Friday.  Obviously, the new numbers coming in from the Health Department put that number higher.
