2026 Flu Vaccine

Starting on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, the Dubois County Health Department will be offering flu vaccinations for any individual wanting to protect themselves this respiratory season. 

The flu vaccine is covered by Medicare, Medicaid, and most private health insurances. 

Daily walk-in flu shots are available from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm Monday - Friday. 

You may also use our convenient drive-thru between 8:30-3:30 pm Monday - Friday. The drive-thru option is open to any individuals 12 years of age and older. This is a safe and effective way to get your family vaccinated against the flu this year without ever leaving your car! We encourage everyone to come experience the convenience of our drive-thru option. 

To accommodate after hour vaccinations, we will also be holding late night vaccine clinics at the Dubois County Health Department on the following dates: (No drive-thru on late nights) 
September 9 th and 23 rd 2026, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm 
October 14 th and 28 th 2026, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm 
November 18 th 2026, from 3:30pm to 5:30pm
