Pacers President Kevin Pritchard Says Players Are Ready To Resume Games, But NBA Decision Could Be a Month Away

INDIANAPOLIS -- Indiana Pacers president Kevin Pritchard spoke with the media yesterday on a Zoom chat amidst the NBA’s shutdown during the coronavirus pandemic.

Pritchard said that Pacers players are hungry to play and will be ready to go when the time comes, but that he does not think there will be any update from the NBA at least until next month.

The Pacers president said that guard Malcolm Brogdon is 100 percent healthy and ready to go when the league starts back up again. Brogdon had been sidelined with a quad injury.

Pritchard added that while one Pacers player had symptoms of COVID-19 for one day, no player has been tested.
