Girls HS Basketball NE Dubois 57 Orleans 36

A three point play to end the half. There was a Sara Livingston free throw then a Rhylan Kalb put back to make it 22-11. Kalb had 18, Hadley  Fuhrman 13 and Sara Livingston 12 as Northeast Dubois goes to 6-2 defeating Orleans 57-36. The Bulldogs are now 2-2. Northeast Dubois won the JV 44-17

HS Football Jasper 42 Vincennes Lincoln 6

The Ackerman Oil Slick Play of the game a punt block by Jasper's Cale Schmitt. Ashton Schuetter would then score his first Touchdown and Sam Leonard would hit the extra point in Jaspers 42-6 win over Vincennes Lincoln. Jasper closes the regular season 9-0 and wins the SIAC. Jasper Forecaster Dr Daniel Eby hit the score on the head and gets a 20 pointer. Jasper starts tournament play next Friday hosting Northview

Girls Soccer Sectional Championship Jasper 5 Vincennes Lincoln 2

These are the final moments of Jasper's 5-2 Sectional Championship win over Vincennes Lincoln. Jasper has now won four of the last five sectional championships. Reagan Fortwendel had the hat trick for Jasper Lilly Hulsman scored two goals. Sierra Mullins scored her 35th and 36th goals of the year for the Alices. Girls Sectional Soccer Jasper 2 Washington 1

The Jasper Girls did it!!!! They pulled the upset with two second half goals by the two Lillys, Lilly Hulsman and Lilly Rasche the Jasper Wildcats came from behind and edged Washington 2-1. Jasper is in the Saturday night Championship prematch coverage at 66:50PM, match starts at 7:00PM on WITZ FM and witzamfm.com.

Sectional HS Soccer #27 Nationallt Castle 2 Jasper 1 OT

Brandon Elizarraras nail a goal in the 37th minute of the first half to give Jasper a 1-0 lead. Jackson Mitchell would score on a free kick just outside of the box with 10:22 left to send the match to OT. Miles Reshetar would bend a corner kick in for a goal with two seconds left as Castle would edge Jasper 2-1. Castle will play Reitz in the second match Wednesday as Reitz edged Harrison 1-0.
