Virginia R. Aders, 85, formerly of Saint Meinrad

Virginia R. Aders, 85, formerly of Saint Meinrad passed away Thursday March 18, 2021 at Memorial Hospital in Jasper. 

Virginia was born May 11, 1935 in Saint Meinrad to Richard and Olivia (Denning) Werne. She was united in marriage to Bernard Aders on April 25, 1953 in Saint Meinrad Archabbey Church. Bernard preceded her in death on May 1, 2003.

Virginia enjoyed knitting and jigsaw puzzles. She was a homemaker

Surviving are two daughters, Cindy (Adolph) Begle of Huntingburg, and Doris (Aaron) Robinson of Tennyson. One son, Randall (Debbie) Aders of Huntingburg. Seven grandchildren, twenty-two great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren. One sister, Faye (David) Welp of Jasper. She was preceded in death by a sister, Mary Lee Hartwick.

A mass of Christian burial will be held Wednesday March 24^th at 10:00 AM CST in Saint Meinrad Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery. Visitation will be from 9:00 CST until the time of the service at the church. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to Northwood Good Samaritan Retirement Community.
