Patricia “Pat” Ann Tow, age 83, of Fishers

Patricia “Pat” Ann Tow, age 83, residing in Fishers, Indiana peacefully left this earth to join our Heavenly Father, Monday October 31, 2022, at her residence in Allisonville Meadows, Fishers, Indiana.

She was born March 25, 1939, in Loogootee, Indiana to John and Mary (Kavanaugh) Mattingly. Patricia was one of 14 children that shared their house full of love in Loogootee where she lived until 2013 when she moved to Fishers to be near her children and grandchildren. She graduated from Montgomery High School in 1958. Patricia later married the love of her life Harold (Calvin) Tow on January 31, 1970, with whom she shares two children.

Pat was a member of St John Vianney Catholic Church in Fishers, Indiana. She was a devout Catholic with a faith that runs deep. Patricia always put God first and is surely pleased to have finally met him, as well to be reunited with her loved ones and friends who have passed away ahead of her. She loved God, her family, her friends, country music and playing board games.

Patricia is survived by her daughter Lea Trueblood and husband JD Trueblood, daughter Tina Pierson and husband Steve Pierson, as well as her 3 beautiful grand-daughters Hannah Trueblood, Hailey Trueblood, and Maci Pierson. She is also survived by her sister Rita Elliott, and sisters- in- law Eleanor Mattingly and Jane Mattingly, as well as too many nieces, nephews, and cousins to list. Her precious dog Lulu will miss her companionship as much as anyone.

Patricia is preceded in death by her parents John and Mary Mattingly, her husband Calvin Tow who passed away in 2008, brothers; Norbert Mattingly, John Mattingly, James “Pete” Mattingly, Francis (Frank) Mattingly, Gerald Mattingly, Timothy (Tim) Mattingly, Joe Mattingly, sisters; Mary Alma Melton, Beatrice (Bee) Sheets, Dorothy (Jean) Ellis, Alberta (Bertie) Turner, Veronica (Bonnie) Tennis, as well as many extended family members and friends.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 AM on Thursday November 3, 2022, at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church in Loogootee, Indiana celebrated by Very Rev. J. Kenneth Walker. Burial will follow in St. Mary Barr- Township.

A visitation will be held from 3:00 PM until 7:00 PM on Wednesday November 2, 2022, at Blake Funeral Home in Loogootee, Indiana and again on Thursday morning from 9:00 AM until the time of service at St. John the Evangelist Catholic Church.
