Morgan Marie Apple, 22, of Bloomfield, formerly of French Lick

Morgan Marie Apple, 22, of Bloomfield, formerly of French Lick, Indiana entered into eternal rest on May 9th, 2022.

She was born in Jasper, Indiana on November 24th, 1999 to Dave and Melissa (Farris) Apple.

Morgan was engaged to Wyatt Purkhiser and he survives.

She was preceded in death by her Paternal Grandparents – Ronald and Janice Apple and Maternal Grandfather - David Lee Farris.

Morgan attended the Beechwood Christian Church. She graduated with honors from Springs Valley High School with the Class of 2018 where she played softball and was a member of the color guard in the Blackhawk Brigade. She then attended Indiana University and graduated (a year early) in 2021 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health. While at Indiana University she enjoyed attending IU sporting events, especially softball and baseball. 

She was employed as a Health Administrator for Head Start in Bloomington.

Morgan enjoyed watching Reality TV shows, hiking, exercising, sports, animals, pets and spending time with family and friends.

She is survived by:        

Parents - Dave and Melissa Apple of French Lick, Indiana

(1) Brother - Dylan Apple of French Lick, Indiana

Fiancé - Wyatt Purkhiser of Bloomfield, Indiana

Maternal Grandmother - Janet Weaver of French Lick, Indiana 

(2) Fur Babies - Bentley and Dallas    

Several Cousins, Uncles, Aunts, Great-Uncles, Great-Aunts and many other loving family members and friends also survive.

FUNERAL CEREMONY
A Funeral Ceremony will be conducted by Brother Joe Crow on Saturday, May 14th, 2022 at 4:00 p.m. at Brosmer-Kemple Funeral Home with burial to follow at Mount Lebanon Cemetery.

VISITATION
Visitation for friends will be Saturday, May 14th, 2021 from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
