Mary A. Hopf, age 69, of Holland

She was born April 24, 1952, in Huntingburg, Indiana, to William A. and Helen C. (Oeding) Hopf. 

Mary retired from the office at Holland Dairy; and was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg. She enjoyed hand stitching, embroidering, gardening and flowers. 

She was preceded in death by her parents. 

She is survived by one son, Anthony “Tony” Hopf of Holland; twelve siblings, Elaine (Ralph) Miller of St. Anthony, Stephen (Jana) Hopf of Celina, Ohio, Kathy (Gary) Hochgesang of St. Anthony, David (Joyce) Hopf of Schnellville, Bonnie (Mike) Hochgesang of Jasper, John (Connie) Hopf of Huntingburg, Tom (Kathy) Hopf of St. Anthony, Linda (Rick) Lichlyter of Huntingburg, Kevin (Angie) Hopf of Huntingburg, Keith (Susan) Hopf of Kyana, Marvin Hopf of Huntingburg and Beth (Tom) Hollinden of Huntingburg; and by nieces, nephews and great-nieces and nephews. 

A funeral service for Mary A. Hopf will be held at 10:00 a.m., E.D.T., Monday, August 9, 2021, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Huntingburg. Burial will follow at St. Mary’s Cemetery. Father Biju Thomas will officiate the service. 

Friends may call for visitation at the Nass & Son Funeral Home in Huntingburg from 2:00-8:00 p.m., Sunday, August 8 th ; and also from 9:00-9:45 a.m., on Monday, the day of the service.
