Allan P. Friedman, age 78, of Jasper, Indiana, passed away at 7:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 18, 2020 at Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
Allan was born in Jasper, Indiana, on November 29, 1941, to Othmar and Annetta (Basch) Friedman.
He was a Jasper High School graduate.
Allan was a United States Army Veteran, serving during the Vietnam War.
He retired from Jasper Cabinet Company where he had been a repairman and finisher for 34 years.
He was a member of the V.F.W. Post #673.
Allan enjoyed fishing and spending time at the lake.
Surviving are one sister, Karen (John) Schulz, Lafayette, IN, one niece, Susan (Chris) Finney, Columbus, IN, one nephew, Mike Schulz, Indianapolis, IN and one great niece and one great nephew, Claire and Cole Finney.
A grave site service for Allan P. Friedman will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, February 21, 2020, at the Fairview Cemetery Mausoleum in Jasper, Indiana. Fr. Donald Ackerman will officiate. The V.F.W. Post #673 will conduct military gravesite rights.
